Ok, so the naming game goes on and from never having though of using Vanilla Mist as a commercial name I went to actually liking the idea very much. My first choice was Abstraction. No one likes it!!! lol So I dropped this one. Of all the names that were suggested, these are the onnes I like the most – and I made some fake graphics to help me visualize the choices:
Doesn’t Vanilla Interactive sound like the designs are boring and bland as in “plain vanilla”? This is my only issue with this one, if it wasn’t for that, I’d settle for it right away.
Does this one sound like a real agency with credibility?
Doesn’t this sound like “mixed” media when said out loud?
I don’t know what could go along with Essentia…
These seem to be the finalists, as many people liked Vanilla Mist in some form and I’ve had positive responses to Essentia. But it seems like I can find issues with all these names. So, tell me what your impressions are and vote for real!!!

Well you know, I think I like Vanilla Interactive more. Still, whatever name you think of chosing, you should sit on it for a while, give it some time, see it from another angle, -I think.

Its a great name, Vanilla Interactive, surely the best of the lot here. But its not “it”, I think.

Sorry, I do think Vanilla Interactive sounds plain/boring. Vanilla mist somehow doesn’t have that negative connotation, though.
Essentia sounds great, IMHO, but is already taken (both .com and .ca, with the latter being a communications firm — sounds too close to what you want to do!).
Hmm… Patrilla Interactive? Combo of Patricia and Vanilla

I was going to propose Essentia Solutions. To me it brings to mind essential solutions: you need this firm to solve your problems! But if Essentia is already taken . . . I don’t find vanilla boring so much as perhaps not corporate enough–too close to banana pixels. But I do like the flower logo. If you have clients but no name, you are way ahead of people who have a name but no clients! Don’t be in a hurry to decide. This is the kind of decision where it will be better if you let your subconscious mull it over.

Sorry, but my Corperation is called Essentia Solutions. We’re based out of Phoenix Arizona…

If “Vanilla Interactive” sounds too “plain vanilla”, then how about something along the lines of “Vanilla Plus” or “Vanilla+ Interactive”?
