Someone emailed me today about having the sidebar on the left side on Connections. So I inverted the position of the sidebar and the content to see how it looks. I like it this way too. Pretty simple to do, just 2 simple changes in the css.
I will change it back soon, but meanwhile, tell me which one you guys prefer. I still like the original beter.

Rightsided menu is better for righthanded readers, I guess.

The community at large always places the sidebar on the right, why not be unique, as you are of course, Patricia.
I think on the left it looks just fine and dandy.

How about both?
What I mean by this is, that posts pages could have the sidebar on the left, while other pages on the right.
Alternatively, have you considered a three column layout?

Hi, Ajay, actually, yes, I have considered a 3 column layout, but I feel that there would be not enough space fot content, it would be way too narrow…

I think you should leave the bar right were it was, on the right I mean, then the left part will be all-right – I mean left, its all right if the left bar is on the right, right? I mean left, but anyway, on the right track.

SophosNext, Sophos listens like sophisticated and software at same time, and Next carries you to think about evolution. What do you think of this? I expect to have helped.

For some reason, I like it better on the left. How would I go about changing it from the right to left on my page?
BTW, I wanted to thank you for creating Connections. It was seeing that site one the templates contest site that made me decide to create my own blog. Just got it up, but don’t have any content yet. Thanks!

Yep , design is good. 2 main columns , 1 sub column. Kinda cool. But i prefer these blocks with links, skype and search to the left
